Ah, interesting. This is, at least, some kind of domain/DNS issue.

For example, try.diffoscope.org should resolve to 46.43.2.47 but it is
currently not resolving to anything right now. I don't know what
diffoscope.org itself should resolve to but I suspect this is a
parallel, if not identical, issue.

I've added rb-general to this so that the more sysadmin folks that do
Reproducible Builds (Holger, Mattia, Vagrant, etc.) are definitely
aware of it. I cannot help any further I'm afraid.
