[diffoscope] Support for Mach-O comparator

Hi,

please find attached two patches that implement support for comparing Mach-O
binaries as used on OS X beyond just a binary diff, together with tests for
them.

Note that the comparator needs the otool(1) and lipo(1) tools from Apple's
toolchain, so you will probably not be able to run these tests on Linux. I
have run them on OS X 10.11 where they pass without issues.

Please excuse the use of attachments, I don't have a better mail setup that
would allow me to send them inline at my hands at the moment.
