<div dir="ltr"><div>Hello everyone,</div><div><br></div><div>My name is Omar Navarro Leija and my colleague is Kelly Shiptoski (CC'ed).</div><div><br></div><div>We
are both doctoral students at the University Of Pennsylvania. We are
part of a collaboration between UPenn and University Of Indiana
researches working on reproducible software.<br></div><div><br></div><div>We
have spent the last 2+ years working on dynamic determinism enforcement
methods for automatically making unreproducible software reproducible.
In our current research paper (currently under review for an upcoming
conference) we have used the Debian Reproducible builds project as our
main experimental evaluation and case study. We have promising results
in automatically building most apt packages reproducibly.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>If possible we would love to give a presentation at the upcoming Reproducible Builds summit.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Receiving
feedback on our work, as well as understanding the requirements and
challenges associated with the Reproducible Builds Project would prove
invaluable to our ongoing work. <br></div><div><br></div><div>We have funding from our lab so traveling and other costs are covered for us.</div><div><br></div><div>We look forward to hearing back from you!</div><div><br></div><div>Thank you.</div><div><br></div><div>Sincerely, Omar.</div></div>
