[rb-general] Checking Reproducible Build for a Maven project

Hi,

Following our Reproducible Builds 5 summit last week, which was absolutely awesome, I'm proud to announce an immediate result of the hard work done:
I just launched a vote for Maven Release Plugin 3.0.0-M1 with instructions on how to check that this build is as reproducible as I expect it to be.
