[rb-general] Final Logo Voting

As the voting is getting delayed, I'd suggest to voice your preferred
option here. Please indicate which logo (1-4) you'd see most closely as
the upcoming Reproducible Builds Logo. If you have any comments and
thoughts, please let us know as well (although we can't do any further
changes at this point anymore).

After the logo has been chosen, we will implement the style decisions
into the styleguide which currently is on Ura's git repos and can be
migrated to Debian infrastructure later on.
