all 4 are nice.
I like option #2 there most.
The Overpass font makes it clearer that it is not just any text, but
part of the logo
and the colors make it easier to recognize from a distance (be that on
a T-shirt, sticker or in a collection of small 'participating
projects' logos)

I guess, there are not that many logos that people will recognize and
correctly associate without text.
Even the distinctive SUSE chameleon rarely works without text (that
people can Google)
so I guess we should encourage people to use the logo with
'reproducible builds' text in most cases.
