[rb-general] Logo IRC meeting

Reproducible builds has been looking for a logo for quite some time.

At an IRC meeting today, and based on some of the mailing list
discussions, it seemed like concepts from #8 and #17 were the ones there
was most agreement on:

Elio will draft logos based on those ideas, and make available in the
coming weeks for the reproducible builds community to comment on.
