[rb-general] Refactoring adt_testbed on reprotest

Oh, I should probably have checked the latest autopkgtest before doing
the refactoring... Oh well

Should I wait for an update on your side? or can I pull a tree with the
latest autopkgtest code inside the reprotest tree.
