[rb-general] Funding for next year

I'd like to chime in and say that I would be happy to participate in
proposals related to this effort, if desired.

There are panels at the NSF and elsewhere that would likely be amenable to
funding this work and I would be happy to play a part in this important
effort.  If there will be a discussion about the rough parameters of
funding needed (amount, duration, etc.), I would be happy to give more
input.
