Updated patch attached:

* Only changes the mkfs time based on SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH. It was an
  error of judgement that exporting this environment variable should
  also adjust the mtimes of the contents. This matches the behaviour
  of recent xorriso versions.

* Re-adds Alexander Couzens' attribution to the changelog entry.
