I agree.  But I don't think I can win that argument on gnu-proc-disc.

It will be hard to convince RMS that the GNU coding standards should
be recommending reproducibility without specifying what that means.

If you want to suggest this on gnu-prog-disc (if you're in that
discussion, sorry if I missed you there) I will support you of course.
