[diffoscope] Unable to install diffoscope in Ubuntu 14.04

Hi,

I have tried the steps in the website https://diffoscope.org/ to install 
diffoscope. But I am unable to complete the installation due error. The 
errors are given below.

Please look into this and give me the exact steps to complete the
